TAP 2008 Summer Programs

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This summer, the Tenley Achievement Program will be offering two programs for boys grades 4 through 9:

Elem. School Program: 4th - 6th Grade boys
Middle School Program: 7th - 9th Grade boys
Grade level as of the Fall 2007

The core activities for each program include:

Also included in our summer programs are: Unique to TAP and its sister program PALS is a merit-based program called "Character Counts." Throughout the summer, students can earn "character points" for good behavior, acts of service to others, or achieving goals they set for themselves. At the end of the program, students with the most points are rewarded with such prizes as tickets to various DC sporting events, yacht excursions, and trips to Six Flags.

DATES & TIMES
June 30th through August 8th, 2008
No program for the July 4th holiday
Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm

Before and After Care
Elementary School Program: Please contact the TAP office at (202) 363-4118 for details regarding times and cost
Middle School Program: No before and after care available, though students are able to arrive as early as 9am for no additional cost

COST
$225 for the full summer program

Financial aid is available for those who would be unable to attend without this help. Please call the TAP Office at (202) 363-4118 for further details.

LOCATION
TAP is located at 4101 Yuma St., NW Washington, DC 20016 just off of Tenley Circle. TAP can be reached on Metro by taking the red line to the Tenleytown/AU stop.
